Six Months Later...

Last time we talked, dear reader, I was a newly-minted Reference Librarian avidly working on a solution to my job situation. My library was extending my temporary position month by month, and while I wanted to stay and they wanted me to stay, I had to be realistic and try to come up with a contingency plan. All summer long and into the fall I applied to some really fabulous places all across the nation. I interviewed with some, got rejected by others. Nothing was quite working out.

Thankfully, as the clock struck twelve and the planets aligned, a position opened up at my library. I am now the Technology Librarian!
